Designed and shipped a resilient IP telephony stack on Elastix, aligning call flows, voicemail, and QoS controls with the client’s daily operations.

• Engineered voicemail trees, IVR menus, and call routing that sped up internal response times.
• Validated multi-device reliability across Yealink desk phones and Linphone mobile clients.
• Monitored QoS metrics for a month to keep call quality above the 4.0 MOS target.

Installed, configured, and optimized both analog and IP surveillance cameras to strengthen on-site security and eliminate blind spots across the E3 operational zone.

• Deployed a hybrid surveillance system combining analog and IP cameras for full-site coverage at the Douala Port E3 area.
• Configured NVR feeds, optimized network routing, and calibrated camera angles to ensure reliable real-time monitoring.
